Conceived as a haven of authenticity, it brings together five unique apartments that reinterpret the elegance of tropical brutalism. Inspired by Brazilian and Mexican architecture from the 1950s to the 1970s, the project celebrates pure forms, natural light, and a seamless connection between interior and exterior and exterior.
Each space has been conceived as an extension of the surrounding environment: exposed concrete, natural materials, and handcrafted furnishings that exude the warmth of the earth. Selvaé does not seek to impose
itself on the jungle, but rather to blend with it, revealing a restrained, warm, and contemporary architecture that invites you to experience the tranquility and essential beauty of Tulum.
At Selvaé, architecture doesn't seek to dominate, but rather to engage in dialogue with its surroundings. Every line, texture, and space has been conceived to transcend trends and maintain its essence over time. Here, materials breathe, light moves gently, and nature becomes
