This two-bedroom penthouse presents a contemporary Brutalist design that fuses the strength of honest materials with the warmth of Latin American aesthetics. Inspired by Brazilian and Mexican architecture of the 1950s and 70s, the design celebrates clean lines, solid volumes, and the natural texture of each element.
The penthouse, accessible by both elevator and stairs, stands out for its unique layout that opens completely towards the jungle, naturally integrating the living room and kitchen with a spectacular terrace.
This outdoor space becomes the heart of the apartment: a spacious jacuzzi facing the treetops, an open-air living room ideal for enjoying sunsets and long conversations with friends, and a generous outdoor dining area that invites you to live the tropical life in total comfort.
