The communal rooftop is conceived as a space designed to enjoy, connect and create unforgettable moments. Its open design allows the architecture to breathe alongside the surrounding vegetation, creating a warm, tropical and sophisticated atmosphere.
It features a fully equipped kitchen —ideal for gatherings, open-air dinners or special celebrations— integrated into a large outdoor dining area that invites long, shared meals. An open lounge area completes the setting, perfect for relaxing at sunset or enjoying the jungle breeze.
The swimming pool, surrounded by lounging areas and sunbeds, offers a place to sunbathe, cool off and disconnect from the everyday rhythm.
Every design element, from the curved roof lines to the natural materials, reinforces an elevated communal experience, where contemporary architecture harmoniously dialogues with the tropical landscape.
On the ground floor, there are two equally sized rooms, designed with a flexible layout that allows them to be used separately or combined into a single large space, depending on the needs of the project.
As shown in the proposal, the space is integrated into a warm and functional coworking area, with ideal spaces for creative work, meetings, and collaboration. Natural light, neutral materials, and a spacious design create an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere.
This same space can easily be adapted as an exhibition hall, showroom, or photography gallery, taking advantage of its strategic ground-floor location and versatile nature. It's a place designed to host creative projects and cultural activities with complete freedom.
The parking area has been designed to offer comfort, safety, and efficiency.
Its open layout allows for smooth circulation, while the textured walls and focused lighting create a sober and contemporary atmosphere.
The entrance, with wooden slatted doors, provides privacy without blocking natural ventilation, keeping the space fresh and well lit throughout the day. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a practical and calm experience from the moment one arrives at the building.
