A brutalist design with a Mexican essence, inspired by Brazilian and Mexican architecture of the 50s and 70s. Pure lines, honest materials and a warm atmosphere that reflects the contemporary identity of Tulum.
The department has a fully optimized layout and circulation.
The open-concept kitchen seamlessly integrates with the social area to maximize the feeling of spaciousness. It features a central island that serves as a breakfast bar and cooking surface overlooking the dining room. The island is tiled for easy maintenance and discreetly houses the oven, dishwasher, and cookware. For cooking, it includes an induction cooktop and extractor hood, as well as an American-style refrigerator with ample storage. The remaining cabinetry features stainless steel fronts, adding an industrial and contemporary touch.
The apartment has a terrace that allows you to create different environments, from an outdoor dining area to a reading nook ideal for enjoying sunsets.
