SELVAÉ II
Where architecture breathes nature
WELCOME TO SELVAÉ II
This apartment presents a contemporary brutalist design that fuses the strength of honest materials with the warmth of Latin American aesthetics. Inspired by Brazilian and Mexican architecture of the 1950s and 70s, the design celebrates clean lines, solid volumes, and the natural texture of each element.

The apartment has been designed with a perfectly studied layout, where each space flows naturally to optimize circulation and the feeling of spaciousness.
The open-concept kitchen seamlessly integrates with the social area, creating a warm and functional space. Its central island serves as both a breakfast bar and a work surface with a direct view of the dining room. Tiled for easy maintenance, it discreetly houses the oven, dishwasher, and dedicated cookware storage. The cooking area features an induction cooktop, extractor hood, and an American-style refrigerator, while the stainless steel fronts add a contemporary touch with industrial flair.
The outdoor terrace expands the living space and allows for the configuration of different environments: an outdoor dining area, an outdoor living room, or a perfect corner to relax at sunset.
The spacious and comfortable living room is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six people. Following a minimalist aesthetic, the television is integrated into the wall, maintaining a clean and harmonious visual style.
